Mother's Day weekend
We had a lovely brunch in North Nashville then headed to 12th South for paletas and some fun in the park.

Spring is here!
Sorry, I am just not a great "keeper of the blog." Since baby brother was born not much has been done to this blog site and I'm considering closing up shop. With the popularity of facebook and the content management of shutterfly, I'm thinking it may be a good idea to nix this page! If I start another blog in the future it will probably be something to feature our hobbies, food passions or business ventures. We'll keep you posted! (no pun intended)

Birthday Time
We made it to her 3rd birthday without having the next baby! She enjoyed pizza, fruit, cupcakes and many great gifts from loving family and friends. Thank you, everyone, for making her birthday so special! (Special thanks to Auntie BooBoo, Auntie Katie, and Lola for helping put the party together)
Here she is sporting her new bike...
The falling leaves
We visited the zoo during the peak of our leaves falling, but it was so warm! This was our last visit before Mommy isn't able to walk around much with the pregnancy... We'll visit the zoo again in the Spring with the new baby.

California
We had an amazing time in California this year. We were able to spend time with family and old friends without too much stress and NO traffic! That was truly a miracle. The only traffic we really experienced was in the line to get into the Disneyland parking lot...
Here are some highlights from the trip, but the bulk of the photos can be seen on our family shutterfly page.

technology and the last of Spring
One of Norah's favorite things to do is play bubble breaker on Daddy's PDA. In these photos she is holding the stylus with her left hand, but trust me, it's no indication that she's left handed. She switches back and forth, seemingly ambidextrous at this point. She loves to "multi-task," playing bubble breaker while putting together a puzzle or eating a snack at the same time. It's pretty funny, yet scary to see her do this so naturally!
Here she is showing off her boots that Auntie Trish sent. The weather just turned warm so she won't be able to wear the boots anymore this year. Sad. :o(

This is her little chair that the Wests have at their house just for when we visit (she's also wearing the outfit Melanie gave her). She kept asking me to take pictures of her, so I obliged. The second shot is her pose on the sleeping bags... Random but cute.
